Clarice HebblethwaiteBSc Hons Nutrition Dietetics. NZRDClarice brings together skills drawn from 10 years experience as a chef and over 14 years as a UK and NZ Registered Dietitian. Founder of NZ Dietitians Gastroenterology Interest Group, she is widely regarded as a leader in dietary approaches for digestive health, gastrointestinal surgery, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis and identifying and treating food intolerance. Clarice believes in greater health and wellbeing through realistic dietary and lifestyle advice.
Julie LeeperBCApSC, PGDip Diet (distinction), NZRDJulie is a NZ Registered Dietitian with over 14 years experience in providing practical and realistic dietary advice. She has a special interest in the areas of digestive health and food intolerance due to having Coeliac Disease and a husband with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Julie was one of NZ’s first Dietitians to implement a successful new dietary approach for the management of the following digestive symptoms: bloating, excessive wind, abdominal discomfort, constipation and diarrhoea. She is also a keen foodie, having published a recipe book called NOSH – delicious & responsible eating.
Leigh O'BrienBSc HUNT, PGDip Diet (distinction), NZRDLeigh, is a New Zealand registered dietitian. She particularly enjoys helping clients with IBS and fructose malabsorption find food solutions that work for them. She also has a strong interest in behavioral change theories and the psychology of weight loss. Leigh is the president of the Christchurch branch of Dietitians New Zealand and the chair of the Dietitians Network – Canterbury. She is passionate about helping people make positive dietary changes to improve upon their health.
Meg ShannonBSc HUNT, PGDip Diet (distinction), NZRDMeg is a NZ Registered Dietitian with a strong background in research coordinating clinical studies in cardiovascular and cardiometabolic disease. She is a skilled dietary consultant specializing in diabetes, lipid disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, obesity and dietary support for weight loss surgery. Meg utilizes her research and clinical skills to promote healthy lifestyles through practical, evidence based recommendations. |
