Julie Leeper

BCApSC, PGDip Diet (distinction), NZRD

Julie is a NZ registered dietitian with over 14 years experience in providing practical and realistic dietary advice. She has a special interest in the areas of digestive health and food intolerance due to having coeliac disease and a husband with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Julie was one of NZ’s first dietitians to implement a successful new dietary approach for the management of the following digestive symptoms: bloating, excessive wind, abdominal discomfort, constipation and diarrhoea. She is also a keen foodie, having published a recipe book called NOSH – delicious & responsible eating.

Leigh O'Brien

BSc HUNT, PGDip Diet (distinction), NZRD

Leigh is a New Zealand registered dietitian, she graduated from Otago University in 2003. She believes that personalised nutrition can help people make positive dietary changes to improve their health. Leigh practices evidence-based nutrition and loves research.  She is currently undertaking her PhD, investigating chronic diarrhoea in older adults. Leigh has been involved in numerous studies, investigating the effectiveness and improvements in quality of life for those with IBS following the low FODMAP diet. She particularly enjoys helping clients with IBS, chronic diarrhoea, chronic constipation, food intolerances, optimising nutrition and managing gut symptoms for those with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and helping older adults achieve optimal health through nutrition. 

Sarah Munn

BSc, PG Dip Diet (Distinction), NZRD

Sarah is a New Zealand registered dietitian and graduated from Otago University in 1999.  She is experienced in many areas of nutrition and specialises in gut nutrition, irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances, women’s health, weight concerns, emotional/intuitive eating, polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis.

She has first-hand experience of irritable bowel syndrome and endometriosis and the relief of symptoms that good dietary and lifestyle manipulation can provide. Sarah works with clients to help them become their healthiest selves and provides a personalised holistic approach with the latest credible nutrition science. She is trained in intuitive eating to help her clients feel more confident with food and to trust their bodies without dieting and deprivation. She enjoys working with women, men, and families and helps her clients to cut through the misinformation on nutrition. 

One of Sarah’s goals is to have clients walk away from appointments feeling confident in their health and empowered to make sustainable healthy habits tailored to their lifestyle. She is available for in-person, online, and telephone consultations.    


Fiona Kendall


Fiona Kendall is a New Zealand registered dietitian. She is interested in IBS, food allergy and intolerance, anxiety, depression, PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, weight management, high cholesterol, reflux, carbohydrate restriction, and a vegetarian/ vegan diet. Fiona loves supporting women and men to feel their best through evidence-based diet and lifestyle advice. Through her own personal journey with IBS, Fiona is living proof that it is possible to liberalise your diet and become symptom-free. She is also an avid foodie who loves finding new ways to make real, whole foods exciting and delicious.
