Julie Leeper
BCApSC, PGDip Diet (Distinction), NZRD
Julie is a NZ registered dietitian with over 14 years experience in providing practical and realistic dietary advice. She has a special interest in the areas of digestive health and food intolerance due to having coeliac disease and a husband with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Julie was one of NZ’s first dietitians to implement a successful new dietary approach for the management of the following digestive symptoms: bloating, excessive wind, abdominal discomfort, constipation and diarrhoea. She is also a keen foodie, having published a recipe book called NOSH – delicious & responsible eating.

Leigh O'Brien
BSc HUNT, PGDip Diet (Distinction), NZRD
Leigh is a New Zealand registered dietitian, she graduated from Otago University in 2003. She believes that personalised nutrition can help people make positive dietary changes to improve their health. Leigh practices evidence-based nutrition and loves research. She is currently undertaking her PhD, investigating chronic diarrhoea in older adults. Leigh has been involved in numerous studies, investigating the effectiveness and improvements in quality of life for those with IBS following the low FODMAP diet. She particularly enjoys helping clients with IBS, chronic diarrhoea, chronic constipation, food intolerances, optimising nutrition and managing gut symptoms for those with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and helping older adults achieve optimal health through nutrition.

Sarah Munn
BSc, HUNT, PG Dip Diet (Distinction), NZRD
Sarah is a New Zealand registered dietitian and graduated from Otago University in 1999. She is experienced in many areas of nutrition and specialises in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), the low FODMAP diet, food intolerances and digestive symptoms such as bloating, excess wind, diarrhoea, constipation and reflux.
Sarah has previously worked for a women’s health clinic and has expertise with polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, high cholesterol, sustainable weight loss and emotional/intuitive eating.
Sarah has first-hand experience of irritable bowel syndrome and endometrioses and the relief of symptoms that good dietary and lifestyle manipulation can provide. Sarah practices researched backed nutrition and holistically supports her clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
