Clarice brings together skills drawn from 10 years experience as a chef and over 17 years as a UK and NZ Registered Dietitian. Founder of NZ Dietitians Gastroenterology Interest Group, she is widely regarded as a leader in dietary approaches for digestive health, gastrointestinal surgery, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis and identifying and treating food intolerance. Clarice believes in greater health and wellbeing through practical and effective dietary and lifestyle advice.

Julie is a NZ Registered Dietitian with over 14 years experience in providing practical and realistic dietary advice. She has a special interest in the areas of digestive health and food intolerance due to having Coeliac Disease and a husband with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Julie was one of NZ’s first Dietitians to implement a successful new dietary approach for the management of the following digestive symptoms: bloating, excessive wind, abdominal discomfort, constipation and diarrhoea. She is also a keen foodie, having published a recipe book called NOSH – delicious & responsible eating.

Leigh, is a New Zealand registered dietitian. She particularly enjoys helping clients with IBS and fructose malabsorption find food solutions that work for them. She also has a strong interest in behavioral change theories and the psychology of weight loss. Leigh is the president of the Christchurch branch of Dietitians New Zealand and the chair of the Dietitians Network – Canterbury. She is passionate about helping people make positive dietary changes to improve upon their health. NB Leigh is currently on study leave whilst working on her Masters Degree. Good luck Leigh!

Sarah is a NZ Registered Dietitian with over 14 years experience working in New Zealand, London and the UK. Through her own personal experience with endometriosis and irritable bowel syndrome Sarah knows first-hand the importance of choosing the right foods to help you to feel and live well. Sarah’s other real interest is weight management. She sees women, men and children and will help you to find solutions and overcome any barriers which maybe holding you back from achieving life long weight loss and a healthier, happier you.

Liz is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist. She has worked in a variety of areas including hospitals and private practice. Being very passionate about living a healthy and balanced life she enjoys sharing this with others who are interested in improving their health.
Having a healthy digestive system is vital to good health. Liz has a special interest in gut health and has worked with many clients to resolve issues such as bloating, wind, constipation or diarrhoea, abdominal cramps and acid reflux.
Having worked in the hospital system Liz has experience with both surgical and medical issues and the nutritional changes that can help improve the health of those who have concerns in these areas. Another specialty interest for Liz is diabetes and she has had experience working as a Diabetes Specialist Dietitian with pre-Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes as well and Type 1 Diabetes.
Liz is also very experienced in and has great results in supporting people following the Low Carbohydrate High Natural Fat (LCHF) diet for help with weight loss and/or Diabetes.
Liz has an approach based on eating whole real foods that can enable clients to get the results they are looking for with their weight and health.
In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors with family and friends. Walking, tramping and fishing are some of the activities that she is keen on.
