Dr Leigh O'Brien
BSc HUNT, PGDip Diet (Distinction), NZRD
Leigh is a New Zealand registered dietitian, she graduated from Otago University in 2003. She believes that personalised nutrition can help people make positive dietary changes to improve their health. Leigh practices evidence-based nutrition and loves research.
In 2023, she completed her PhD investigating chronic diarrhoea in older adults. Leigh has been involved in numerous studies, investigating the effectiveness and improvements in quality of life for those with IBS following the low FODMAP diet. She particularly enjoys helping clients with IBS, chronic diarrhoea, chronic constipation, food intolerances, optimising nutrition and managing gut symptoms for those with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and helping older adults achieve optimal health through nutrition.

Sarah Munn
BSc, HUNT, PG Dip Diet (Distinction), NZRD
Sarah is a New Zealand registered dietitian who graduated from Otago University in 1999. She has over 25 years experience working in both hospital and private settings. She specialises in irritable bowel syndome, weight management, cardiovascular disease and enjoys helping women navigate perimenopuase.
She has a particular focus on digestive concerns - especially constipation, diarrhoea, bloating and gut symptoms.
Sarah is also passionate about metabolic health and can help with high cholesterol, prediabetes, fatty liver disease and if your thinking about or starting weight loss medications.
She belives good nutrition should help you feel better in your gut, body and mind without making life feel restrictive or complicated.
Sarah has experienced her own gut health journey and has seen her own symptoms improve in a short period through evidence-based nutrition strategies.
Sarah delivers personalised practical advice in a down to earth and professional way.
